Cannot log into PCGS

I cannot log into PCGS for some reason. I know my password but it says it doesn't recognize it. Then it says it does! Then it says it doesn't recognize it again! I got in yesterday but not today.

Is there any way I can get this situation fixed. This problem has been going on for a week or more now. I'm going NUTS! HELP ME!!!

I've called PCGS and am waiting for a return call. I called them a week ago with this problem.

    Yes. After I cleared my cookies, I found out I could log in again. I haven't checked today, though, so I will now...

    Yes. Two days in a row now! My coins are still being graded.
