Question about inventory in registry

Hi, I don’t really visit here much anymore but I need help in trying to figure out my Active Inventory “total cost” and “total price”
Even though I’ve sold a great deal the total cost remains the same value in the active inventory.
Am I doing something wrong. If so please tell how to fix it.

No matter what I look at……. Sold, active, selling. They still show the same costs.
I understand if I input my own valuation. That will be different.

Maybe I need to delete the sold items?

I believe you need to delete the items you have listed under sold inventory. I know that sounds odd, since you are already stating they are sold, but I believe that is the way the site works.

I had a bad feeling I would have to do that. I have to wait until we move and get my desktop up and running.
After I do a print out then I’ll delete them. TYVM for your help.

To bad they can’t do what NGC does. They make sense in the registries.

Export the total list into excel or Google sheets and create the views you want.

The bottom right corner of Your Dashboard (directly underneath the Want List Box) shows the number of Sold Items - just click there and check the box to select all - Delete en-mass with 3 simple clicks

Thanks again everyone for confirming my worst fear. NGC let’s you keep them separate from active.
