    What's a "freak coin" or "pickled coin" supposed to look like?

    I collect world proof sets, coins featuring composers, mid-20th century U.S. proof coins, U.S. type coins, and whatever else I want.

    A long time ago the word"fido" was used to describe error coinage. Believe F. Spadone used it in his books.
