Not much to say about it. Produced by one of the Loos medallists, probably in the early 19th century. They produced a significant amount of medals. The German translates, according to Google, "Don't procrastinate, hurry to your goal."
I have to wonder, however, if the medal was produced to reference something about Brunswick or Hannover (the horse image).
I collect horses of certain types, so I picked up this treasure.
