Banco De Mexico collection 1413 instead of 1813 Mexico 8 Reales?

I was looking threw their collection online and stumbled upon this coin I have never seen before anywhere including all books I own. Does anyone know how many of these exist?

I prefer collecting coins in lower circulated condition G04 to F12

I did some research on the Banco de Mexico collection when it first became available to view on the internet. IIRC it is largely composed of two or three donated collections in the mid-20th century. Some items are clearly not genuine yet are not indicated that way in the catalog so I assume there has not been extensive authentication of the collection. So be careful as to what conclusions to make from any coins in this collection.

Yeah... Dollars to doughnuts - that coin is not a Regal issue.

That was my guess but wanted opinions here to validate my concern. Thanks.

You would think places such as museums would weed out such items to ensure the maximum ''purity'' of the collection.

Also, just noticed it using the desktop browser vs the phone: it actually does say "Falsa, la fecha no corresponde al periodo, no existe ese ensayador para monedas de Fernando VII." under the "Special Features" for that coin. So they have at least flagged that one as fake.

    Missed that thanks.
