Nickel, 27.9 mm, 11.7 gm (official weight), dot mintmark below "1950" for Bombay

This coin is encased in an NGC MS-63 holder or slab.

I was going to take it out of the holder but it looked so nice when I received it that I decided to leave it as it is.

    Tough coin even in mint state.

    Until recently you could pick them up for nothing but the only one I ever found that was decent is an attractive XF.
