Not sure who makes Cup Hockey. Most of the card companies will need your business resale tax license. Many may even want a picture of your business, inside and out. This means an actual store. At one time Topps and Upper Deck would not accept flea market stalls as a business. Maybe now some of the companies will have an internet site set up to cater to the collector.
On a normal production schedule Upper Deck would release The Cup the following winter of the year on the box, ie. 2019-20 The Cup released Feb 17, 2021.
FYI, 2020-21 The Cup has not released yet due to production delays at Upper Deck, there isn't even a date set yet, rumors circulating are saying a Fall 2022 release date is likely now.
So to answer your question, if things get back on track, and Upper Deck still exists by then, 2022-23 The Cup will come out sometime around February 2024.
