At the Toronto car exhibition, year would be around 2000. The art Rapido graft, pointillisme by Dominique Boisvert, France.

    I've never heard if that. Is the signature on top of the plastic or under it (on the paper)?

    Just a guess based on examination of the photos. I believe it’s on the paper then later laminated because I can see some slight haloing which I don’t believe would happen on plastic. Just my thoughts.
