Is this Kennedy missing a clad layer? Or?

Is this some sort or aging or missing a clad layer? I put up a scan of what is a normal coin in the center of two with odd coloring. The center coin does have some shine to it but I can't get it to show up in the scan. obv. the rev. is just below it.

    Rikker:

I think it is just an aged coin with some spotting, or toning. There is definately no missing clad on that coin. Sorry.

Looks to me like environmental damage from storage, mishandling, etc.

It's just corroded like maybe somebody found it with a metal detector.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.
