1944 Mercury dime errors??

Hello all, and thanks ahead of time for any insights.. I am new to collecting and this is my first forum I've joined, back to my Mercury dime I would like opinions on the errors are from the mint or Wear . Except the mint mark it's definitely doubled..

    Welcome to the forum.

You may get a better response on this from the US Coin Forum rather than the BS&T Forum.

However, it looks like an obverse lamination error to me.

    Cheers

And you haven't shown the mintmark - you have shown the designer's initials.
