How much will centering affect grading

I have an 87 Tiffany Bonds in perfect condition except the centering is not good. In fact, I was so Disappointed when I broke that Tiffany set up them and saw how many were badly off-center. But if a card is in perfect shape but centering is maybe 70/30 what is the best grade you could hope for?
