I thought this card came from an uncut sheet and the surface certainly does not look like a 10.

I sat on eBay for so many years and Heritage does not seem to point the surface issues.
wow nice corner - the guy must have been sweatin bullets holdin that x- acto knife !
it is well known to be sheet cut
Heritage - you need to grow some balls on this and change the description. It’s very disappointing!
