PSA Membership Expiration Question

Hello everyone! First time here. I know PSA is swamped and haven't heard back from them yet so I thought maybe someone here would know if Memberships expire or can be renewed? I can't seem to find any information regarding this.

    They can and do expire and can typically be renewed. However, due to volumes I think they’ve suspended gold and platinum for an undetermined amount of time, so the only renewal option seems to be silver. I typically let mine expire then renew when I’ve got a submission to use the vouchers on. No voucher memberships available now, so I’m subbing as a non-member these days.

    Ahh OK Thank you for the information. I have a Plat Membership and wasn't sure how things would unfold as time reached it's end.
