Unknown Friedberg Number $1 2017 L*

I’ve been fiddling with paper currency for years; I feel like an idiot that I can’t figure this out.
I have found some Series 2017 $1 San Francisco star notes (example L03455061). I don’t see a listing for this star note on the PMG Population Report (pmgnotes.com ). There’s Fr 3004-L, but no Fr 3004-L. How do I find the Friedberg Number? There is a listing for Fr 3005-L*, but my notes are not Series 2017A.
Also, there are two catalog numbers for the 2017 $1 San Francisco note, Fr 3003-L and Fr 3004-L. How do I tell these two notes apart?

I believe Fr.3004-L* is correct. All series 2017 $1 San Francisco replacement notes were printed in FW. As of now, PMG doesn’t show any in their population report. With four print runs and almost 9M star notes printed, I’m surprised none have been submitted for grading yet. I’m guessing it’s a clerical error. Every thread deserves at least one image of the subject matter.

The Fr.3003-L is a 2017 San Francisco $1 FRN printed in Washington DC and the Fr.3004-L is a 2017 San Francisco $1 FRN printed in Fort Worth. The vast majority of 2017 San Francisco $1 notes were printed in FW.
When viewing the PMG population report, if you click on the Catalog # (Fr.#) a separate box opens up describing where it was printed. When you click on the BL (block list) it breaks down the totals for the different blocks within the Fr.#.
So what's the Friedberg number for a Series 2017 $1 star note from Fort Worth, and where would one find this information.
What district ?
San Francisco. Series 2017.
I've been doing a lot of thinking with my manual brain. From what you people have told me, I've concluded the notes must be Fr 3004-L* since they were printed at Fort Worth. They just haven't made it into the PMG Population Report yet. These note are from the second run, 500,000 notes in sheets, so they're not rare. Does anybody have a better idea?

The population tables do not show a 2017 L* printed from WA D.C. presses
or did I miss something? Always appreciate your detailed knowledge.

All 2017 $1 San Francisco replacement notes were printed in FW, however a small batch of 2017 $1 L-E and L-F block notes were printed in DC.
Your note L03455061* was actually from the shortest run of L* notes and may become quite a rarity

@synchr, there were four runs of this Fr 3004-L* totaling 8.82 million. Three of the runs were used for packs. The second run of 500,000 were kept in sheets and used to replace specific notes in a pack. I don't think I'm going to live long enough for a note with a printing of 500K to become valuable.

Condition would be an issue for your note @Enmanuelc
Most modern star note collectors prefer uncirculated examples.
