Wide left margin, won't make Gem CU with that centering
I know nothing of the note grading.
Just came across this bill and liked it...
Looks like a VF35 from the scans.
The Narrow varieties were really cool as they're on the verge of going to the new 18 subject printig sheets - nice find!
