  Holy $#!@. Amazing the money that is being spent in this hobby. To be clear, that is the ultimate Trout RC, but I take 2 factory sealed 86/87 Fleer basketball cases everyday of the week rather than this Trout card. Regardless, congrats to the new owner!

  I don’t think the card went into anyone’s collection, but rather into someone’s investment portfolio. Through this pandemic/lockdown, the affluent have become extremely more affluent and I am unsure if the buyer will appreciate the card like others would.

  I have no appreciation for that card. Not convinced at all that this is good for our hobby. We think scams are bad now, shocked by quaint things such as people selling resealed 80’s stars showing cellos. The waters are getting very murky, very fast.
