How common is this and how much does it impact the grade typically? Apparently not much since we have a 9 here...

    It’s pretty common and it doesn’t seem to hurt the grade too much. I’ve received 10s in the past year or so that had one rough edge. I have a bunch of 85’s and I don’t let a rough edge stop me from submitting.
