The ones with text about using with a 25 cent stamp have a face value of 4 cents.
I'd like to see you put the half cent stamp on a letter and then tell the P.O. clerk you need a 54.5 cent stamp to get to the first class rate.

But it looks like you doubled your money & got a free book.
I use a glue stick.
Just the fact that their face value > 50 cents means you can't possibly lose! I mean they are still "legal tender" for postage are they not?
Come to think of it I got a package several months back that used some older stamps for some reason...
