Anyone recognize this copper coin?

This copper coin is about 23mm, 7.6g, edge design of some kind, medal-turn.
On the almost completely worn side there is a 1 at top and an H to the upper left.
I think I see a date of 17__ something, maybe 1772, 1732, 1722, I can't tell.

Maybe one of the Dutch provinces, Gelderland, Zeeland etc.
