Does anyone know anything about this Air Jordan card? I'm guessing a sales promo of some kind?

It’s an unlicensed card. A lot of times you’ll hear unlicensed cards like this referred to as “Broder’s”. No real value but player collectors may pay something for it just to have it, but very minimal value.
