Autographed NFL Jerseys or Helmets?

Just want some opinions here. If I have to pick between collecting autographed NFL jerseys or autographed NFL helmets, which one will be more valuable in the future?

    Both present displaying problems. Neither will be good investments for that reason.

    If I had to pick, I would say jerseys.

    I purchased a Harmon Killebrew beautifully signed Twins mini helmet (original "TC" logo) several years ago.

    Decided to list it on ebay and can't get what I paid for it ($75.00).

    I am happy to keep it, but if you are looking for investment potential, I wouldn't choose any of these. Right now it sure looks like PSA 10's are what's happening. Of course if you can get it cheap enough, a mini helmet is a great item, in my opinion.

    Helmets and jerseys are signed in big quantities by players and rarely appreciate. They are also VERY frequently forged. And, in the case of jerseys, the jerseys themselves are often bootleg or counterfeit.
