    A higher resolution picture is needed to see if this is a legitimate error or a post BEP altered note. At first glance I will say the note looks promising. There is however a tear or repaired tear back side on the right which will effect value. If you get some higher resolution close up pictures, send them to me and I will tell you if your error is real or not.

    clear photos of the note would be useful and also close ups of the areas you want us to look at

    Good eye, I'm always looking for a note with missing elements. The tear is what it is, especially a 1969 note. A keeper for sure. Peace Roy
