    A hard lesson, but COAs are essentially worthless. They only give you a provenance of who gave their opinion, but they don't make a fake autograph real.

    Tough lesson. You might have to hire a lawyer if you want to punish him, but or will end up costing more than the item.

    Would help to see pictures if you cared to share them.

    Yes , im aware......but forging signature on coa in CA is illegal

    There are a lot of things that are illegal but the law is not enforced. The forger knows that. Forging someone else's COA is waaaaay down on the list.

    You might have better luck getting the supposed issuer of the COA whose signature was forged to take some legal action against the forger.
