How bout those BUCKS!!!! LMAO

Have a 21 pt. lead, 16 at the half and then just totally get dominated by New Orleans in the second half. Their ECF season was a fluke, and all Bucks fans should have realized that by last season and this one.

Ray Allen can't do it all by himself..

Ray had support last night, Redd was on fire and 3 others were in double digits. PJ Brown was the key for the Hornets going 7-9 from the field and 6-6 from the free throw line. Scored 20 big pts for the team and Mashburn woke up in the second half scoring 19 of his 23 pts I believe.

yea Redd, who played 24 minutes.. I mean look @ Allen, he makes 11-21 FG's and 5-10 3's, what a player! he's the best pure shooter in the league at the moment, he just needs a decent center (not Przybilla, or whatever his name is)
  • Options
That's the cry from about 3/4ths of the NBA that they all need a center. The Nets went to the NBA finals with out a big name center. He was just a role player and the players around him did the work.

The Bucks are like a random assortment of parts that don't go together at all. They're a mess.

I dont know who I'd rather watch, the Brewers or the Bucks. The Bucks do this junk every single night it seems. From now on if I am listening to a game and they are leading by like 20 points going into the 4th, I won't turn away cause I know this could happen. I cant count how many times I was listenin to the game, I turn it off cause they have a huge lead, and 20 minutes later I turn it on and they lost by 5. I'd rather watch the Brewers, at least they don't have a lead to blow in the first place

There are also no high expectations for the Brewers like there are for the Bucks. After one lucky season, they jack up all the prices (tickets and parking) and now the team can't back up the justification of raising the prices, because they are on their way to not making the playoffs again.

i kinda think BUD SELIG has something to do with it. LMAO!! How the hell else would a city have two shi**y teams? ITS ALL BUDS!

Well first of all the Bucks aren't a sh*tty team, they are average at best. Hey, maybe if you want to bash sports towns, why not Chicago? Bears, Bulls, White Sox, Cubs, all average or more than likely horrible. Now that's what I call a sportstown that is in shambles

If the Bucks could just have any kind of defense they would be winning alot more games. Just a shred of it. Im glad we don't have Glenn anymore this year, cause if we did we may have like 4 wins, he was horrible. All he can do is shoot, can't dribble, pass, rebound, or defend. I think the downfall of this team was the signing of Mason. With that guy in there alot we have gone from a fast run & gun offense to a slower one. Karl should go back to what got them there a couple years ago, the run & gun. But of course they had to bring that lardball Mason in and change the whole make of the team

I know how you feel, seeing the Hornets had brought in that lardball Coleman, who ultimately costed the Hornets a trip to the ECF.

I dont know where the Bucks are right now, but a few games ago, when the injury to Allen happened, they were the best shooting team in the NBA. Best shooting team in the NBA and are about at .500, and in the eastern conference at that. I mean you don't have to be a scientist to know that the defense must be absolutely horrid.

Problem for Bucks? EASY, George Karl.....Somehow takes a USA team and gets whooped, all kinds of players getting along controversy around him....And when is he going to start giving Marcus Haislip some real minutes? This guy is pathetic, he needs to coach in the NBDL or whatever it's called...

George Karl is losing it for the Bucks. I was at the game last night and he had Ray Allen out for the first six minutes of the fourth quarter. Also, Sam Cassell and Tony Kukoc didn't play. Jason Caffey is also ruining it. He just plain sucks. He sucked last year and he sucks this year. He takes these stupid fade away shots in the paint and always misses them. If the Bucks would play their best they could beat anybody....but they aren't.

You can't take anything away from Kevin Ollie, he played a good game. "The Bucks could beat anyone if they would play their best players." That has to be one of the stupidest things I have ever heard. You are living in a dream world man, the Bucks got lucky 2 years ago, that is all. They aren't the superhero's or the great team that everyone thought they were. Teams survive with injured players. Charlotte did it last year with out Mash for 1/2 the season, the Magic still made the playoffs with out Grant Hill and Mike Miller injured most of the year. If the Bucks were as good as you think they are, they would find ways to win without key players like other teams do. Kings are doing it with out Bibby this year. Face it, the Bucks are going back into a downward spiral and even a coaching change won't help right now.

collector, they are INJURED, duh. Ray has that ankle injury, i cant remember whta Kukoc has, but hes out for a couple months i think, and I dont know whats wrong with Sam, but if Karl didnt play him there was obviously something wrong. Oh and stop whining about Karl in the bkb championships. All the great players in the NBA stayed home, so all we had left were 2nd tier guys who were more focused on getting onto SC then winning. But of course in 2004 we will have shaq and iverson and everyone, then when we win the gold everyone will blame Karl again. Im not defending karl on the Bucks, cause I think he is part of the problem, but stop blaiming him for the bkb championships, why not blame the players and the ones who decided to stay home cause they didnt want to risk injury or cause they didnt feel like it or whatever

    LOL. Did I say this:

"The Bucks could beat anyone if they would play their best players."

    Uhhh...nooo...I said:

"If the Bucks would play their best they could beat anybody"

We got lucky 2 years ago? WTF? Getting to the ECF is lucky? If Big Log would have sunk that 7 foot shot at the buzzer we probably would have been in the finals. That is lucky?

You can't compare Mike Miller and Grant Hill to Sam Cassell and Toni Kukoc. Miller and Hill aren't point guards...they don't handle the ball almost every trip down the court. Kukoc is also very vital because he gets rebound (4.8 pg) and points (10.8 pg). Once you watch a whole entire Bucks game...you will understand.

When Allen goes 11-21 on FG and 5-10 on 3-pointers I don't think there is anything wrong. Maybe he was a little hurt but it would have probably been better to keep him in when he is hot. Karl did have something to do with the U.S. losing and that was he had no chemistry with the players. All the players hated him so they probably wouldn't listen to him.

Once again, you prove your knowledge of the NBA which is very little seeing you are only 12 or 13 can't remember which one it is anymore. It doesn't matter what position a player plays, it is the fact that the player is a key member. Miller and Hill are key players in Orlando. Why else would they spend the money to bring Hill in, they are depending on him. The Bucks only made the ECF due to a Technical Foul given to Derrick Coleman when he left the floor with out being replaced. So don't start whining about how they were Finals bound. The whole thing was a fluke!!!! If it wasn't they would have made the playoffs last year. Like I said, Charlotte and Orlando made it and both had suffered injuries all year long. I watched the entire Bucks game last night and they were totally dominated in the Second Half after Paul Silas knocked some sense into his team. Bucks dominated the boards in the first half of the game, they had almost double the amount New Orleans had, but in the end the zone of the Hornets stung the Bucks. BTW, I never knew Toni Kukoc was a point guard, seeing you said I can't compare Hill and Miller to Cassell and Kukoc because they aren't point guards. Maybe in a couple of years, you'll understand the NBA better. If the Bucks want to start winning with the team they have, they better either start playing inside out, our start learning to hammer the ball inside. New Orleans did that last night, and got to the foul line over and over and over again.
