Trying to connect with another collector.

Is there a way to search or contact a certain collector through the registry other than possibly spending hours looking through sets to try and find one with their username on it, if they even use their username in their set names? I can see this collector on the achievements leader board, but have no idea how to connect with them.

You can send the collector a message through the registry set. If you click on his set in the registry there is a link toward to top to send him a message. Of course the collector has to allow his set to receive messages. Not everyone does, but most collectors do allow messages.
