Pulled this expired redemption!

Ronda Rousey Platinum Auto 1/1. What’s the chances of topps making this right? Read all the horror stories already of past pulled expired redemptions and it’s not pretty.

Unfortunately slim and none. Closer to none. Topps simply stinks in this regard. Panini is much better with expired redemptions. I prefer Topps overall, but their redemption policy is borderline criminal. Especially since in some cases they don’t even have the card you’re redeeming for yet. And what happens to the cards if not redeemed? The fine print justifies it legally, but as hobby stewards and profiteers I’d expect better from them.

I’d bring the redemption card to a WWE signing event and have Ronda autograph it there. That’s the best way to get a 1/1 great conversation piece cuz Topps ain’t gonna do nuthin.

I believe topps customer service is avail Monday to Thursday only so I’ll give them a call on Monday morning sounding all dejected and add in some sniffles as well. Lol. Yes it is a 1/1.

Don't feel so bad. I hope you get the card. My heart goes out to you. I have also had MANY disappointments in the world of card collecting. I got beat on a Joe Louis rookie card rare variation last month by a hair on ebay. It still stings. Welcome to the headaches of collecting my friend. If I were you I would have the redemption ticket slabbed if all else fails. Thats a RARE thing to have itself.

Sorry to hear. Unfortunate on the Strasburg Super that was linked as well. Graded so soon after expired. It's like they count the days and then "Bingo, we win". Using the card for another purpose that initially helped sell the product. Kinda double dipping. No reason for them to ever stop having redemptions. Unless we stop buying. Never gonna happen.

I would post/ask on Twitter. They seem to be better about resolving issues when the whole world can see. And do it on a Friday. Most employees are in better moods that day. Unless they get told "We need you tomorrow".
