ot: nationals fans

usually stay at national harbour, but considering tomorrow is a night game, im looking for a decent hotel anywhere in between the stadium and dca.

any other suggestions welcomed as well.

Like Holiday Inn Express for price and overall cleanliness.

Its not between DCA and Nationals Park but it less than 4 miles from the park.
Tabard Inn, its a super cool, unassuming hotel not far from Dupont Circle. Its far from your traditional over night lodging and the oldest hotel on DC. I like to stay there when I go to Wizards and Capitols games. Its pretty reasonably priced too.

You're more than welcome and Im absolutely glad to have helped. Look forward to hearing your thoughts on the place after your trip. One thing to keep in mind when booking is that there are some smaller rooms that have a shared bathroom. Ive gotten one before by mistake. Even so, it wasnt an issue at all because the staff kept everything clean.

Texas de Brazil has GREAT STEAKS!!! not cheap but well worth it. Call ahead to reserve a table.

Right across from Capital One Arena which is in Chinatown (less than 2 miles from your hotel) is more than a few dive bars. Check out Rocket Bar first. Its my first stop after everygame. Any DC sports fan should check out the Green Turtle as well. Its around the corner and walking distance from the Rocket Bar.
