My wife also just gave me an envelope with more information.
    So is this legitimate?
Can anyone tell me what it’s worth?
I’ll sell or trade it once we figure it out.
I collect paper money and not baseballs but I couldn’t pass on it being a baseball fan.

I don't know the value, but being a game used ball may have a slight premium over the value of a regular ball signed by Ellsbury. I don't see where the stolen base notation adds anything.

It appears that Ellsbury had a pretty good career.

.284 lifetime BA with over 100 HRs.

Silver slugger award, 1 AS and 1 Gold Glove e.g. Was pretty good at stealing (lead the AL in 2008 and 9).

    My take?

This would sell best to a NY or Boston fan who would take "ownership" of a good ML player lacking big name recognition IMO.

If someone has interest please make a fair offer. It needs a good home. The ball needs nothing to me.
I am open to trades for paper money as well.
