37th Annual Watchung Hills Coin Club Show (NJ) RECAP AND THANK YOUS

UPDATE AS OF APRIL 12, 2019
I am very pleased to announce that our bourse is TOTALLY sold out at 39 tables. We are now in the process of compiling a queued wait list, so send me a PM if you want to be on the list.
I've been part of this club since day one, and this is the highest-quality and diverse bourse I've ever seen.
THE SHOW LOCATION IS: Elks Lodge #1068, 375 Union Ave. (Route 28), Bridgewater, NJ 08807. It's one mile west of Interstate 287. You can click on the attached flyer for more information.
Show hours are 10AM-3PM with free admission. Dealers with tables can set up at 8AM, and those who would like to gain entry to the bourse between 9AM-10AM, can pay a modest Early Bird fee of $25.00.
If you have any other questions, post them or send me a PM. On behalf of me and the members of the WHCC, we hope to see you there and thank those who've supported the show previously.
Thanks,
Greg Heim
2019 WHCC Show Chairman

I will vouch that this is a nice club show and one of the few club shows that I make a point to support. As in the past we will be setting up there. Jon
Thanks for the kind words. The Elks Lodge also has a very nice and very large parking lot, along with secure, hassle-free unloading and loading for vendors.
Can’t wait for that nice April weather and a great coin show!
Certainly adequate advance notice
... Just teasing... hope to see some great reports of a successful show. Cheers, RickO
We hope the weather isn't "too nice" as it can affect the attendance, but the die hard collectors will be there in force as they have since we started holding the show.
Pete has a great shop in Warren Twp NJ. I'm going for sure. Thanks for the flier. Peace Roy

Yes he does.
I am posting the show location and the main information in the OP. It was an oversight on my part.
Thanks for your understanding.

We're very excited that the show is a sold out at 39 tables, and yes - we're hoping the weather isn't too good or too bad. I edited the OP.
I updated the show information yesterday as we're (now) six days away. Once again, I appreciate the PCGS Administrators to help with our local club's signature event.
That's good to hear. I'm excited because Kevin Vinton of Inde Et Lib has a couple of tables.
Woo hoo! Only 2 days to the show!
I will have a table there and will be wearing a gray hat. Stop by and say hi
Thanks

Thanks Frank. If anyone else is interested in which dealers are attending, just ask. The weather is going to be a bit rainy and in the mid 60's. I hope to see many of you tomorrow.
I am a month late with this message, but it's important nonetheless.
All things considered (Palm Sunday, Tiger Woods/Masters tee times being pushed up because of inclement weather), the show was a resounding success despite a lower-than-expected turnout. The people who showed came to do business. Even when the show had a lull after 2.5 hours, there was still a lot of dealer/collector activity.
Next year's show will be held on March 29, 2020, because Easter is the second Sunday in April. Don't worry, there will be plenty of advance notice. I just want to thank our vendors, those who took a part of their Sunday to attend, and our members who under tougher circumstances than normal put together one of the best shows we've had in a while.
If you are interested in joining our local club, we meet the first Tuesday of every month at the Chimney Rock Inn in Gillette, NJ. You can contact me via PM if you want more information.
Thanks again, Greg
