I saw this on Reddit and knew immediately it would be appreciated here. The OP is very vague about where and how he obtained it; doesn’t look like a reprint but I could be wrong. Anyone else see this?

They aren't uncommon- I've got a 10 card panel and have seen dozens of 10-20 card panels over the years.
The shot of the '52 pack display at Woolworths shows a few panels clipped up to the display, I wonder if Topps intentionally let these out for promotion. They certainly seem more common than subsequent years.
