Looks like clear glue. Is it raised at all?
it is raised, hard as metal and clear as glass.
Now that you gave me this idea....I think I will introduce it to some acetone and see what happens.
I was just wondering why or how someone would do such "art" ?
acetone coming up....
It might have been glued to use as a spacer for something. Then it wasn't needed any more, or fell out and got spent.
voila, aceton worked well. its all gone.
