Can a seller see a best offer that does not meet his/her minimum offer requirment on ebay?

Anyone know the answer to this? On a Buy it now or Best offer a seller can set a minimum offer he will consider....If I make an offer below that minimum (without, of course, knowing what the minimum bid is on my end) and it automatically comes back as too low through ebay...does the seller see the bid ? and if I refrain from making a higher bid that penetrates his minimum set offer does the seller get any notification that I made the initial non-qualifying bid at all? Thanks in advance..

Yes the seller can see both. It doesn't come through a notification like an offer above the minimum, but they can still see all offers that have been auto declined.
Swish is correct. Annnnddd, it's great to be able to see the morons offering 10% of a cards value. I really wonder if guys just go around putting in stupid offers on a bunch of cards to see if the "auto accept" is set correctly. Guessing there would be very rare occasions that a seller may mistakenly put in the wrong number and someone scores a major deal.
