Do you have to be a member to send in unopened packs for grading?

    Of course OR you can join in on a larger submission with somebody who is a member.

    No, you do not.

    You only have to be a member to take advantage of monthly specials or bulk submission rates but there hasn't been a pack special in several years.



    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
