ISO PSA 9 1978 Topps #481 Jackson Todd

This is the only card I need to complete this set in minimum PSA 9 grade. There are now a pop of 30 for this once upon a time very low pop PSA9 card. So I'm assuming one can be found at a reasonable price?

    There's a couple on ebay right now with "Best Offer" options. Seller's starting price is high but start a dialogue and see if a deal can be made. Best of luck.
