Always check your packs

Just got a box of goodies from BBCE. On a whim I threw three '85 Leaf packs into my cart for sharts and giggles. I was about to rip them when I thought "I better check, just to make sure."

So remember kids, before you go ripping that pack open, always flip it around first and see who's showing through the wrapper. You never know, it just might be your lucky day!

    Great score on the Clemens! I wonder how Donruss/Leaf chose the players for the condensed 264-card set. I assume that they went heavy on stars, rookies, Blue Jays, and Expos. Was Clemens already a star in 85?

    Arthur, if you are looking for more "variations", there are a couple “Canadian Greats” cards that are only in the Leaf sets: Dave Stieb and Tim Raines are in the ’85 set.
