Update. Cam thought this coin was an upgrade candidate

So she cracked it for me.

I returned from the PCGS Las Vegas Members Only show last night around midnight. I put my small carry bag on the counter. In the bag was some jerky I carry for snacking. Well Cam took the opportunity to grab it all last night. This morning looked like this. The slab apparently does not stand up to 125 lb baby mastiffs. The flip flop was collateral damage.

The guilty party hiding under my desk

Haha, the dogs face is priceless. I assume the coin is OK? At least he didn't eat it. B)

That element was not mentioned in the OP.

Looks like a drekky coin anyhow. What are you worried about?

That is one method I never thought of for cracking open a slab. Put her to work!

No need to follow. Her poops are the size of small dogs. FYI my last bull mastiff was named Alabama

That’s hilarious! Your dog is saving you the trouble of cracking it out for a potential upgrade.

All Commonwealth shillings are "drekky." Plus I know it didn't have a CAC sticker. ;)

Innocent until proven guilty. Get that dog a lawyer!

This situation reminds me of @lordmarcovan 's 2011 story. I think his slab survived a bit better.

Do u think she swallowed any of the plastic?

I pieced most of it together. I'll find out very shortly. Last week her #2's were filled with red rubber pieces. She ate her favorite toy. A hard rubber red Kong diving toy. It was guaranteed not to be able to be destroyed. The Beast is an exception

It couldn't have been Cam that did it. It was a burglar dog, who locked the door from the inside on his way out. Cam would have woke you up, but she knew that you were tired and needed a good night's sleep!

@Justacommeman - Feed her a lot of mashed potatoes or bread. It will help coat any plastic shards she may have swallowed and reduce the risk of perforating her intestines. This is what was recommended to me when my dog swallowed a six inch pork rib bone when the vet's office was unsure if they could find a qualified person to do an emergency endoscopy on my dog Christmas day.

I gave her macaroni. That’s my go to. Thank you!

Goes to show, beef jerky and coins don't mix in a dogs world. Its a teddy bear and lounge chair world out there folks. :) The coin looks awesome having gone through "the grinder". Nice looking dog!
