How do you send oversized items to PSA?

I'm referring to box bottoms or Topps Super style (5x7)? Are there card savers of this size?

I use a sleeve and appropriate sized top loader. Never had an issue.

Box bottoms and 5x7s are too big for CS4s. You can just group like-sized items stacking in a single comic bag, gallon baggie, or 8x10 Ultrapro sheet taped over and sandwiched between slightly oversized pieces of cardboard. I've done this before with a group of Sportscasters with no issue on the recommendation of @miwlvrn
