Looking for the best place to get silver Libertad's. Not new coins, but older backdate on these coins.

As bullion? Very likely APMEX seems with low margin if you pay by check and buy large numbers.
Try the precious metals forum here. Two offered and sold today, i believe.
Ask for them in the monthly buy, sell, trade post.

Very hard time finding places that have the coins for sale however.
eBay listings are likely your best bet to complete the set. Currently I see 1,400 listings after applying some exclusions (obviously many are duplicates or newer dates, but there are older ones too):

You can also find some dates at local coin stores (usually the common dates).
For the latest few years (2016-2018), the various bullion websites (JM, Apmex, Provident) will usually have the best prices (unless there is an eBay special).
