1993 Topps Finest Refractor Question

I'm not much of a modern card collector but I do have a handful of these cards to submit for grading. I have a simple question that I couldn't answer with a quick internet search. Does this issue have a film that needs to be peeled? I know the latter year refractors have it but I didn't see any references to 1993 refractors having one. Thanks.

Nope, no film on 93 refractors.
The film started in 1995.
