WTB - Neutron Irradiated Dime

Hi
I'm working on a set of modern nuclear-themed coins. One thing I'm looking for is a nice example of an encased irradiated dime.
You can read more about them here:
https://www.orau.org/ptp/collection/medalsmementoes/dimes.htm
Personally, I like the last blue plastic example, but they aren't quite as tamper proof as the earlier ones. If you have a nice, well centered one with not a lot of scratches for sale let me know.
Thanks!

Nice article...

Maybe a bit nicer example, Swampboy.
1942's a good year to have for one of these, drwstr123. At least in terms of this set. In December of that year Enrico Fermi did his Chicago Pile-1 experiment in the squash courts underneath the University of Chicago stadium viewing stands: the first nuclear reactor.
Soviet spies didn't really know what a squash court was, so in correspondence it was translated to "Pumpkin patch"

While your waiting for a nicer example here's some theme music
I've collected these over the years to the point I have over 100 of them - dimes dated from 1900 to 1967. I've been working on a thread for the coin forum. Long way to go before it is ready.
Sorry that I don't have an extra blue plastic one I could sell you, but they are frequently on ebay for not much money. There are two types "Museum of Atomic Energy" and "NY Worlds Fair"
If you ever run across one of these, buy it. I bought the only one of these I have ever seen.
