Toughest Topps Baseball Sets to assemble From the 60s

I floated a list for the 80s and 70s previously. Here is my stab at the 60s. Any input welcomed
1 1966 Punch Outs
2 1961 Dice
3 1968 Discs
4 1967 Discs...All Stars and Giants
5 1967 Stand Ups
6 1968 Plaqs
7 1968 3D...if you add Robinson Prototype or 3 proofs move up to 2
8 Mantle Plaque send away ( maybe not Topps)
9 67 Punch Outs
10 all 3 68 Deckle proof sheets... red/black/blue)
11 1964 Rookie Banquet set
12 1965 Push Pull...Mantle/Berra/Stengle
13 1963 Great American Stamps ..Ruth/Gehrig
14 1968 Actions Stickers in full 3 panels
15 4 in 1 Mini stickers
16 1969 Supers
17 1969 Team Posters
18 1964 Stand Ups
19 1962 Bucks
Might eliminate the Mantle Plaque, 68 Deckle Proof sheets, 65 Push Pulls and Great American Stamps as either not real sets or only subsets

Mini stickers from 1969?
I don't collect the complete sets, I collect Killebrew who is in several of these. I am not sure if some of these sets have a particular player or players that are more scarce than others.
Seems to me 64 Stand Ups and 69 Supers are the easiest, then 62 Bucks and 69 Team posters.
Of the tough ones, 68 full panel Action All Star Stickers and 67 Punch Outs can be found, but would probably be hard to complete the set. 67 Stand Ups very tough, I have the Killebrew, but have never seen another. Have seen, but do not have the 68 Killebrew Disc, not even sure if the Killebrew is from 67 or 68.
There was a find of the 68 Plaqs a while back (in Denver?) but again a complete set would be tough.
Great stuff, wish I had been around when this stuff was available.
What do you think of the 1960 Post set? Easier than anything you listed?
I would agree that some of your choices aren't really sets or even possible to find, but a very interesting post!
I didn't realize that the 1966 Topps Punchouts were more rare than the 1961 Topps Dice Game. I obviously need the Punchouts Curt Flood and I also need the Dice Game Musial and Bill White. Even if I ever see one, I will never be able to afford any of those.
I realize that you are talking about the complete set...but....for my Cardinals team sets, I have some of these completed.....

Do Venezuelan Topps sets count relative to the OP question?
Feel free to include them. I did not collect them except for examples from each year to put with my corresponding Topps sets. How would you slot them in with the others ?
Mt collecting focus was anything listed for Topps in the SCD Standard Catalog through 1994. For some reason SCD listed the Venezuelan issues separately from other Topps issues
