    You said ancient, not Europe, so how about something from ancient China. Western Han dynasty, probably sometime between 180 to 157 BCE.

    Great stuff, guys. @SmEagle1795 , as always, your stuff is insane. That Parisii stater (?) is SICK. Should be on the wall of the Met!

    They listened to you!! :D And yes, mine is a stater as well: I wanted one Celtic coin and that's the "key" of the series but now I'm tempted to get more. Coins are addicting...

    A other collector at the club asked me if this coin is authentic?
    told him that I had no idea but would try and find out.
    Is it a good coin?

    It definitely has a cast look to it. A shot of the edge might show a casting seam, or evidence of its removal.
