    I believe they call that a four pairs SN. Not super fancy, but still kinda neat. If the note is in perfect uncirculated condition with no folds, you might get $30-$40 on eBay.

    What about this one.. $20 Bill Series 2013 # MB 00913700 D... I thought I read somewhere once that a SN with zeros like that was worth more then face value..

    Nah, if it's a Three digit serial number with all leading zeros it's worth a premium. Like A00000123A
    A two digit or single digit SN is worth considerably more. Keep hunting! :)
