Do T-202s need to be submitted as "supersize"?

  I don't think they are "supersize". I think the T202's will fit into a tallboy holder.

  "Supersize" is for Turkey Reds (T3)

  T202 cards go in "Tallboy" holders (same as 1965 Topps FB and 1969-70 Topps Bskb).
