I sent him stuff a couple weeks ago...the trade was that i were to send certified which i did and i still have the reciepts...the trade was that i were to get all of his michael olowokandi cards which included a 1998-99 spx spectrum rookie, 98-99 fleer brilliants 24 kt gold rookie #d 24, chrome rookies refractors, and etc... and i were too send him a 01-02 gasol sweet shot rookie jersey #d 600 bv 100, 02-03 sp gu dixon rookie #d 900 bv 50 and a 02-03 butler rookie #d 900 bv 60....total book of 210...soo he got his cards and i asked if sent my stuff he said no and im like why and he said that he sold all of them too a friend including my cards....so i ask him for a tradelist and too send me stuff and he doesnt have one and i keep telling him the cards i like and he doesnt reply...he just ignores me and all and i already have filed mail fraud on him...i just wanted ervyone too know what he has done too me

    image I'll be the first to say the MJ never showed up AFTER you said you shipped, then after days of waiting I called the deal OFF, and you said fine. And the MJ still never showed up, so you either lied about shipping it, or you beat up the mail lady and took it back.

    first off you TOLD me you had already sent, then you after like 3 weeks you say it should be there, so I waited a lil longer, got pissed, and called it off, so you LIED to me, point blank, but that's not scamming someone who's holding cards for you, that's just being "friendly" to them huh.

    Why is it your right to rip somebody else off??!!? Did you get taken by CP in another trade? It doesn't sound like it. Who appointed you representative for all of the people on this board who had bad trades with CP? In my book and I am sure many others....you just admitted that you are a scam artist and bad trader by taking his cards for no reason.

    I've dealt with Battier a few times and chat with him daily. Seems like a real nice guy. I'm sure he just tried to get cpandeaz3 back for the crap that he was pulling off on a few people on the board. Now that cpandeaz3 has sent out everything that was owed to the other collectors on board he is alright with most people on here.

    Batt's...just give the guy his cards back.....don't get in the bad books with everyone on here...not worth it man.

    Oh and if you have any of those Kandi's let me know, you know I like Spectrums big time....
