It was a pretty amazing full eclipse here in SC. People from all over were here. Personally I would not spend time, money and travel long distances for anything that lasts 2 minutes. :)

I'm also in SC. I got a few decent pictures. The last one is a sunset in the middle of the day.

It was really cool here in Kansas City. Definitely a most memorable experience.

I'm in Summerville SC. It rained. Was cool to see the world go dark at around 2:45pm though.

    Folly Beach, SC here.

Cicadas got super loud when the sun started to reappear. It was very cool when the moon was in front of the sun and the light was doing so many crazy things.

Our family took vacation , in the last week , with the eclipse being the center piece . We had originally intended to go to the St. Louis area , to finally meet a PSA fellow board member , but the finances , just didn't work out .

We settled on a tiny town in SE Tennessee called Tellico Plains . It was absolutely off the beaten path , but the weather and everything else was perfect . All of our 5 sons were there , with one Face-timing in from over seas . As a father , all of us being there , really made it one of the best events I've ever participated in .

I hear there is another in 2024 . We're already making plans ------ Sonny
