What's the best way to remove discs from Burger Chef panels

I picked up a few 1977 Burger Chef panels and would like to remove some of the discs to submit for my player sets. Any tips on max grade on these? On removal, most have little fuzzy pieces where they were attached. Should those be left part of the disc. I could also "cut" them out of the panel which would probably not leave the fuzzy pieces but may not seem as authentic.

I haven't tried separating those specifically, but you want the fuzz. Pretty sure you get dinged down to Authentic max if you use a razor or other cutting instrument on a perforated card.

Like LarkinCollector said, they need to be fuzzy, not "cut" looking.
Also, watch the centering on the back. Perfect front with poor centering on the back gets you an 8 max."The Sipe market is ridiculous right now"

I don't have any advise on how to remove the disks but I did see 136 10's in the PSA Pop Report so 10's are possible.
Good Luck
