Help me grade this card - UPDATE

This vintage 1955 Topps Duke Snider is beautiful. I have a chance to purchase this card for a reasonable price. Although not centered perfectly, and with a very small print stain on the lower left hand border the card appears to have awesome qualities. (surface, color, etc)

What are some thoughts as to the technical grade of this card if I were to send it in?

It isn't a print stain but print for his uniform. It is on all 55 Snider. It is on Hodges also as well as other cards from the set.

The biggest lesson I've learned in this hobby, and in life, is that if you have a strong conviction, you owe it to yourself to see it through. Don't sell yourself, or your investments, short. Unless the facts change. Then sell it all.

    I'm thinking a PSA 7.

Strong PSA 7 with a long shot at an 8.

It's a no brainer if like you say you can get it at a reasonable price.

Can you figure out what the issue is?

Got to be paper loss, right?

    A 2 Right????

Some of my recent results are crazy. What are looking they for?, it's getting expensive and out of hand.

I have to much S**t; so if you working on sets or are a player/team collector, send me your want list, with conditions desired. Keep in mind I have a another job so please allow me a few days to respond.

That's the first thing that came to mind.

Okay, all you eagle eyes on the forum. Find me where possible paper loss may be on the front/back of the card.

Paper loss is usually pretty obvious and I am beside myself on this one. There is currently a hold on the card and supposed to be getting a call from PSA on Monday about it.

That front white mark on the black? Thought it was a fish eye but maybe worse under magnification.

Wow, if that small microscopic white dot on the front black border is paper loss then I don't even know what to say.

It is crazy that the card is a 2.

I do see what i believe to be the problem. Paperloss on the right side of the front of the card...in the middle.

It still deserves at least a 4-5
