VF20 details (the obverse is better but the reverse pulls it down). The lamination is so distracting I doubt any service would give it a straight grade.

Reverse appears to be weakly struck (or shows more wear) .. I'd say high VF total ... and with the planchet flaw. Too bad where the flaw is
VF30 - send it under error service to get a straight grade. Detached lamination has a better chance of grading than attached.

Vf 30. I believe the grading criteria is applied a bit different.
The lamination issue is, IMO, not considered in the grading aspect.
