I know grading from a pic is hard, but what would a nice note with one center horizontally grade?

  I agree... but I don't think any higher. In addition of the horizontal light fold, there looks to be a corner fold in the lower right on the face but better seen on the reverse in the lower left.

  Sorry to be the stumper guys, but I would put it at an XF 45. Too many hard folds. With a good mannered grader, maybe a 50, that's about it IMO.

  Good eye! I am in the 50 camp now
  45/40 - only if there are other folds
